Winemaker dinner at Lone Eagle Grille

Winemakers Dinner hosted by Lone Eagle Grille and Rutherford Grove on Oct. 15 at 6pm.

Lone Eagle Grille Chef de Cuisine Mark Mark and Sommelier Kristi Snyder will pair a four course menu with wines from Rutherford Grove Winery. Pairings include Rutherford Grove’s Sauvignon Blanc with broiled langustinos and Granny Smith apple salad; Rutherford Bench Merlot with wild boar and prosciutto polenta; Estate Reserve Howell Mountain Cabernet Sauvignon with Veal Crepinette; Spring Creek Vineyard Petite Sirah with spiced cake with chocolate ganache.
