Beginning Dec. 4, many South Lake Tahoe offices will be closed the first and third Fridays.

These furlough days are designed to save the city money.

Public Works and Community Development offices on Tata Lane will be closed; plus the Administration, Finance and City Clerk offices at Lake Tahoe Airport.

City offices will also be closed Dec. 28-31, Jan. 1 and Jan. 4.
