El Dorado County residents still without power

Pacific Gas & Electric crews overnight restored electricity to another 2,300 of the utility’s customers in the mountains of El Dorado County.
However, about 6,700 customers remain without power four days after a winter snow storm hit at low elevations, forcing tree limbs onto power lines in various parts of the county. In the Placerville area alone, 2,800 customers were still without power.
