Tahoe Rim Trail Association is sponsoring free guided snowshoe treks every Saturday through the end of March. Great for all abilities and children older than 10.

Where: Castle Rock

Distance: 4 miles

Level: Easy

Kingsbury North Trailhead off of Kingsbury Grade 10am

Jan. 30

Where: Martis Peak

Distance: 8 miles

Level: Moderate- Advanced

Hours: 4-6

Martis Peak Road 10am

Jan. 30 Full Moon Snowshoe Trek

Where: Tahoe Meadows

Distance: 2-3 miles

Level: Easy

Hours: 2

Tahoe Meadows 6:30pm
