EDC reviewing charter after grand jury criticism

A committee appointed to review El Dorado County’s charter has joined the 2008-09 grand jury in recommending a November ballot measure calling for the document’s repeal.
Following a brief discussion Tuesday, the Board of Supervisors scheduled a workshop on the committee’s recommendations for 9am March 15.
