Plane lands on Hwy. 50 near El Dorado Hills

A small plane made an emergency landing on Latrobe Road just off of Highway 50 Saturday morning, according to officials.
California Highway Patrol spokesman Michael Bradley said the single-occupant plane landed just after 11 a.m. The plane clipped a car on the way down, but no one inside was injured. The pilot walked away without a scratch.
