Management shake-up at Indian casino leading to Tahoe

Thunder Valley Casino named a new general manager today, completing a management shuffle that began more than a year ago.
C.J. Graham, currently the Lincoln casino’s assistant general manager and vice president of table games, will become general manager in June, shortly before Thunder Valley completes its hotel.
