• John Collins was honored this week for 30 years of work in the South Lake Tahoe Parks and Recreation Department.

• Whittell High School Black and White Choir will perform at Disneyland in May. Students Sierra Forvilly, Lauren Andrew and Zach Welch were accepted into the NZNMEA regional elite Honor Choir. The students from the Zephyr Cove school have the option of auditioning for the Nevada All-State Choir in Las Vegas.
