riley• Riley Chapman of Stateline is playing Louisa in the “Sound of Music” at the Carson Community Center in May. Capt. Von Trapp is played by August Stoten, who grew-up in Zephyr Heights and graduated from Whittell High School. Chapman performs May 14 at 7:30pm, May 15 at 7:30pm and May 16 at 2pm. • Animal Planet is coming to South Lake Tahoe this summer to study and film Coll McCreagh’s adventures with the BEAR League. She is a workability assistant at South Tahoe High School.
