Tahoe Writers Works is a group of writers, poets and other individuals who are interested in the craft of writing. Once a month they venture out to the Valhalla site to raise money to support the club. Wine and snacks are available at the event and small donations are appreciated.

Bare Bones Open Mic Nights are offered as part of the annual Valhalla Arts, Music and Theatre Festival. The festival continues through Sept. 30.
