Free flights for kids during August air show

Kids fly free Aug. 28 during the annual air show at Lake Tahoe Airport.

Those ages 8-17 are eligible.

The times are 7-9am, noon-1 and after 4pm. This could change based on weather conditions and pilot availability.

Register at Mountain West Aviation, 1841 Airport Road, Lake Tahoe Airport, in advance of the flight time.

    What a wonderful way for a youngster to be introduced to flying and aviation.
    After the flight they can go to the airshow and see some great aerobatic flying and all sort of other aircraft, both military and civilian.
    This is a great oppertunity, don’t miss it.
