Drivers traveling this holiday weekend be warned: Nevada is tied for second in the nation most likely to issue a speeding ticket.
That’s according to the National Motorists Association, a “drivers’ rights” group that helps people fight traffic charges.
Florida tops the list for speeding tickets, with Nevada and Georgia are tied for second, Texas fourth and Alabama fifth.
Drivers in Montana are least likely to get stopped for speeding, the study found. People in Wyoming, North and South Dakota and Alaska are next in line for avoiding traffic citations.
