El Dorado County convicts man on molestation charges

An El Dorado County jury returned with a verdict of guilty on July 29 on all 11 counts against Howard Martin Harmless II.

Harmless had been charged with nine counts of child molestation and two counts of providing drugs to juveniles.

Harmless faces 25 years to life in prison when he is sentenced Sept. 2.

    Would it be asking too much to see a picture of this slime-ball? He’ll probably be back on the streets before the ink is dry on his conviction. It would be nice to have a head start on protecting children.

    Is this the same Marty Harmless that graduated from Greencastle Highschool, Greencastle, Indiana in 1963 that was voted to be MOST LIKELY TO SUCEED??? Also a graduate of West Point Academy and was in prison for molesting several boys and his own son and was sent to so many years in prison. Then released and did this horrible crime again????
