Lawyer: Woman who sued El Dorado sheriff to lose job

The second of three female community service officers who sued the El Dorado County Sheriff’s Department has been served notice today that the department indends on terminate her.
The suit, filed in the U.S. District Court in July by Nicole Sahaj-Myers, Stacie Walls and Jona Scher, claims the department subjects women to harassment and discrimination. It’s the second such suit filed in recent months.
Don’t we have a new sheriff who should have made this decision?
The story was very incomplete. Can’t really tell who’s right and who’s wrong. I mean, unless there’s a good reason, the S.O. would have to be pretty doggoned STUPID to be firing someone who’s in the middle of a lawsuit against them. So what’s the real story? Is it weenie women who want a tough job without being tough enough to do it, are they a drag on the department, or is there real serious discrimination against the women? What IS the true story?

nepatizum everywhere in this town their favorite saying i fought the law and the law won i had a guy urinenating outside my 14 year old daughters window called sheriff he showed up told me oh he did construction in his house so hes ok im letting him go then the sheriff walked down two houses and took plants grow lights and assesorys from a guy that i guess didnt work on his house when i called got the didnt say that wasnt there even when they made a confiscation cant belive a word they say or they do the turn it around trick on you and all of a sudden its your fault cause i didnt see him do it wasnt here yet
this town is just to get some time in and move on they are not fooling any one except themselves
both of us got hurt with the county they said you have to be 100% to work here turns out the other guys mom worked long term p-ville and overnight he had a job being a surveyor and thats how it goes in el dorado county dot when i could put there best plower but two to shame in two weeks i could make it throught thier zone in two weeks second snow season i was there these guys been there over ten to thirteen years thats why nothing gets done
sue sue sue but keep good records and witness not some icksmoker out for themselves someone with integrity, “trustworthy” and no hidden agenda to stab you in the back cause he doesnt care to earn his money
