To the community,

Thank you to all members of the South Shore community who attended Tahoe Chamber’s Business After Hours Mixer hosted by Riva Grill last week. The event brought generous support to local food banks and demonstrated our community’s dedication to South Lake Tahoe.

Cash donations amounting to $1,500.00 were collected and have been donated to local food banks to help feed less fortunate South Shore families and individuals this winter season.

A special thanks to Scott Craig and his staff at the Riva Grill for generously hosting this wonderful event. Over 125 people enjoyed the delicious foods and beverages offered.

Kudos to Sessions Salon, Blue Angel Café, Opal, the Fallen Angel, Bistro Danielle, 4 Seasons Soup & Salad Café, BioSpirit, ServPro, Lake Tahoe Adventures, Ski Butlers, Bethany Owens, and Hard Rock Café for their donations to the event raffle.

Once again, thank you very much to everyone who attended and helped the South Shore community start off 2011 on the right foot.
