So many lucky kids had Scott as a teacher and so many of us had him as a friend. He has a loving and wonderful family and I hope they know that there are many of us in this community ready to help them at any time.

Mr. Hudson touched the lives of so many kids and their parents, he will be sorely missed in this community. His courage in dealing with so many challenges set an example for all of us. Both my children were fortunate to have him as a teacher, there are not many teachers/mentors like him.

What a wonderful legacy to leave….the impact he had on our children! My youngest had him this year, and last, for PE and absolutely loved him as a teacher.

Thank you to his family for sharing him with our community.

Mr. Hudson was my PE teacher for many, many years from all of my Meyers days til the middle and end of Middle School. I enjoyed Mr. Hudson as a PE teacher. He made PE really fun. It is very tragic that he passed on at such a young age. Mr. Hudson will always be remembered as an amazing person and tacher and will be missed very much. It is too bad I never got to see him much after those days of having him as a teacher.

    To Marsha, Alicia and Kayla,

Your husband and father made such a difference in our Granddaughters experience as a Middle School student. He encouraged her to try all sports and learn all that she could before focusing on one thing. As a result she has become well rounded and is enjoying being active in many different areas. Scott was the one who encouraged her to continue rock climbing. Scott will be missed here in the Mt. Olympia neighborhood his smiling face and gentle way will always be remembered. He will live through all who knew him. His zest for life and nature is so important for all of us to remember. He made such an impression and difference in so many lives. Blessing to all of Scott’s family.

    To Scott Hudson family

Scott was a leader of life. Always exploring what the best things that life had to give. He shared these life experiences with all that knew him. I have great memories while working with him as a Smokejumper in Idaho. My thoughts, prayers are with all of you.
