Thank you to all of the women and men who volunteer their time to make this happen. Funny, educational, and it benefits Lake Tahoe. Everyone should do their part to support this event. If you can’t make the performance, make a donation of a few bucks!! It’s the same intent of all fundraisers — bring awareness and bring in funds. Some people do the work, but all can participate with helping out.

Thank you Lisa! Yes, we do take donations and the funds raised from ticket sales also go to our local beneficiaries:
    Tahoe Family Resource Center
    SLT Women’s Center
    Tahoe Youth & Family Services
    Court Appointed Special Advocates

And the second component is raising awareness in our community to stop violence against women and girls.
In tough times, if you can’t donate or come to the shows, come support at HONK tomorrow 5pm,-6pm at the “Y”, we have posters and it’s a rally to create buzz about V-day.
