I-80 construction to cause delays near Truckee
Caltrans started work April 19 on a $1.7 million concrete barrier project along eastbound Interstate 80, east of Truckee.
The project will replace existing guardrail with a permanent concrete barrier at seven locations between the Truckee River and Nevada state line.
Motorists can expect eastbound lane closures from 5am Mondays to 1pm Thursdays through June 30.
