• Lilly’s Tires is thriving. The South Tahoe store’s sign is down only because first a truck took it out and then a windstorm finished it off.

• South Tahoe Public Utility District is having a meeting May 5 at 6pm about the proposed sewer rate increase that would take effect July 1. The meeting is at 1275 Meadow Crest Drive, South Lake Tahoe.
