TRPA staff leave cars at home for the day

Don’t be alarmed when you don’t see cars in the parking lot at TRPA today.

The agency is open.

As part of the Tahoe Bike Challenge and to promote multi-modal transportation at Lake Tahoe, more than 60 staff members of the Tahoe Regional Planning Agency and adjoining offices will be biking, walking or using alternative transportation to get to work today. All staff have committed to a car-free commute to work..

    NOT ONLY DO THEY HAVE A DO NOTHING JOB BUT IT TAKES 60 PEOPLE TO DO IT. YOU JUST HAVE TO WONDER WHO PAYS THERE WAGES.

    THE MAJORITY OF BASIN DWELLERS COULD CARE LESS IF THEY STAY HOME ,LEAVE TOWN ,DRIVE ,WALK,FLY.

    When state governments finally come to agreement to send these fed dollars porks down the road ,it be a nice sunny day for locals.
