Meetings set to decide projects for Tahoe National Forest

A bi-county advisory committee for the Tahoe National Forest has scheduled three meetings in September to discuss funding for projects that will benefit the forest.
The Nevada/Placer County Resource Advisory Committee has approximately $300,000 to allocate for projects in those two counties.
The purpose of the meetings is to review and vote on previously submitted projects that the committee will then recommend for funding.
