Douglas County District Court will not be the venue for the civil sexual assault case against Pittsburgh Steelers quarterback Ben Roethlisberger.

The accusations against Roethlisberger stem from when he was on the South shore in 2008 for the American Century Celebrity golf tournament. A woman working for Harrah’s Lake Tahoe at the time accused Roethlisberger of rape.

Now it will be up to a Washoe County jury to hear the case. That decision was made today by the Nevada Supreme Court.

Also named in the suit are Harrah’s employees.
