    Ms.Reed
It has come to my attention that the City Mgr. in order to get what he wants from the employees on the Health Insurance he has compiled a list of names to be layed off if they don’t comply with his demands, the list has not been posted in order to SCARE all of the employees but the scare tactic has all employees on edge for fear of loosing there jobs.
You should look at what has been proposed for the increases to the employees, It will break the retirees who gave up several years of salary increases years ago in order to have those benefits, and now when they need it the most the City wants to rip the rug out from under them.

My family [ wife & me ] don’t even make $24,000 dollars a year in retirement, why is the city doing this to employe’s that have given 20 or 30+ years of service to the City ??
