The International House of Pancakes restaurant that was the scene of one of the deadliest shootings in Northern Nevada history might be serving customers again before the end of the year, an official said Wednesday.
Eduardo Sencion walked into the Carson City IHOP on Sept. 6 and opened fire on customers, killing four and wounding 11 before fatally shooting himself.
The restaurant was boarded up after the shooting — numerous windows were shattered by bullets.
