Calvin is just one of nine 2- to 4-month-old kittens at the shelter right now. They are all cute and playful, and ready to go home.

With the reduced fee for cats and kittens is due to expire Oct. 31, now is the perfect time to adopt a new friend.

Calvin is neutered, microchipped, and vaccinated. He is at the El Dorado County Animal Services shelter in Meyers, along with many other dogs and cats who are waiting for their new homes.
