False alarm sends fire sprinkler mixture flowing from Raley’s
An alarm technician working at Raley’s at the Y in South Lake Tahoe accidentally tripped the fire sprinkler system today about 2:25pm..
The water contained a non-toxic glycerin additive.
About 200 gallons of the water spilled into the parking lot between Raley’s and Tahoe Donuts, creating slippery conditions.
Officials say here is no danger to the public.
