You can get into the Library Book Sale an hour early if you are a FOL member, Friend of the Library!

It’s $10. a year to be a Friend of the Library – you can join at 9 a.m. that morning, or at the library desk any time.

All of the membership money & sale money funds the free programs for kids, plus the free talks for the community.

Just to clarify: it’s the LTCC Library that has over 1,000 DVDs in its collection to borrow. Any resident of Tahoe (on either side of the border) can come in and get a library card; you don’t have to be a student! You can check out 3 DVDs at a time for 3 days, free of charge. Plus books, magazines, CDs, etc. Happy day to all, Diane
