Stateline gaming results bring down entire state
Gamblers did better than the casinos in September compared to a year ago.
Throughout Nevada the winnings were 5.9 percent below 2010 figures.
The Nevada Gaming Control Board on Nov. 9 said casinos took in $864 million from gamblers, $53.8 million less than the previous September.
One of the worst regions was Stateline, which saw a decline of 14.3 percent year over year. The Carson Valley-Carson City area fared better, but still fell 2.5 percent. Reno, though, came through with 2.6 percent increase.

The LTVA results from the past decade of decline have helped destroy the place…
I am off to Austin TX to start my tourism Promotion Business. As long as SLT continues on its destructive path I will recommend against visiting or moving to the region.
Only 14% decline isn’t bad considering that from the starting 6 casinos they closed one and another is no longer a casimo but rather a hotel with some slots in the lobby.
