3 Truckee men accused of burglary

Three Truckee men were arrested March 28 on burglary charges.

A second homeowner four days earlier had reported his house ransacked, with skis, snowboards and distinctive-rare alcohol missing.

A Truckee officer patrolling the area noticed a pair of the reported stolen skis at a house near the victim’s.

A search warrant reportedly led to additional items located inside and outside the residence. The three occupants arrested were Benjamin Feathers, 22, John Schilder, 20, and Nicholas Carlozzi, 19.
