Bowman to give clinic to young snowboarders at Sierra

Dew Tour champion, X-Games silver medalist, South Lake Tahoe local, and professional skier Maddie Bowman will be hosting an introduction to freestyle skiing class this weekend at Sierra-at-Tahoe — her home resort.

Bowman will educate Sierra Resort Rippers, children ages 5-12, on everything from terrain park safety to freestyle skiing.

She will also talk to the Rippers about her journey from Sierra to the X-Games podium.

Bowman will ski with the kids on March 24 and March 25 from 1-3pm in the Burton Progression Park located on Broadway trail.
