Wildlife rehab center looking for volunteers
Lake Tahoe Wildlife Care’s 32nd annual two-day training seminar is May 19-20.
For $60 people will learn how to be a wildlife volunteer. The lectures cover diets, feeding techniques, housing and first aid, capture and transportation, and anatomy and examination.
The deadline to register is May 13.
The Saturday session is from 8:30am-4m and Sunday from 9:30am-4pm at LTWC in South Lake Tahoe.
