This photo taken in Meyers by Sarah Sinizer-Hopkins has been named a top contender for the California Arbor Day photo contest.

The 16-year-old entered the photo titled First Snow in the division of Trees Where I Live.

The photo was taken of a tree on her deck in Meyers.

Easy on the flash there kiddo. Otherwise, great image, I love the geometry of firs, its hard to capture.
