When you consider the massive debts the state, county and city have and the predictable decline in the job markets in California and Nevada for agents to be selling houses for the past four years at prices that were obviously to high and going to fall it was wrong.

Agents and brokers are always saying the same thing and it always comes down to selling the house, it does not matter if the obvious trend is decline in value, they just want to sell.

Do your own research using the actual sales price records on Zillow. ( Which is, unlike the professionals told me, very up to date, generally about two weeks old. The facts not the snow jobs, just the facts )

If you do want to know what you are talking about and do your research you will see that the home pricing has declined steadily for the last six years.

I contend that the so called professionals that did not see this trend and explain it to their clients should be run out of the business.

It’s clear as a bell and spelled out in graph form. The underlying financial facts still exist. The state County and City are for all intent and purposes BANKRUPT. The shadow inventory is hugh and will keep prices on the decline or at the very least low for many more years to come.

If you bought two years ago… you will be upside down for a decade …
