Markleeville Plein Air is June 19-23.

A group of artists will be painting Alpine County. Areas to artists at work will include Hope Valley, Grover Hot Springs area and the base of mountains, at lakes and river vistas.

That Saturday morning all the artists will be in Markleeville painting the town.

At noon June 23 all the artwork will be at the Markleeville Art Gallery ready for viewing and purchase. The show will be up until July 31.
