5 Tahoe Keys board members face recall
Five out of the seven Tahoe Keys Property Owners Association board of directors are being recalled.
The five are Susan (Joey) Wolff, Jim Siegfried, Mark Koffman, Sam Pavone and Alexandra Musser. The board was served notice at the June meeting.
According to the petition the reasons for the recall are the board does not enforce the CC&Rs, members are not treated fairly, executive sessions are abused, fiduciary duties have been breached, and board members act in a secretive manner.

I’m sorry, but I don’t know what the above response is trying to say. I would like to get more info on what is going on with the board though.
@ Bridgett, WHAT?
This is the worst board in Keys history.
A million dollars was reportedly spent in legal fees on a boat dock lawsuit against the HOA in which the HOA didn’t follow its own rules and TRPA rules, and lost the lawsuit. The board claims it’s “confidential” and none of the business of the homeowners.
Now the way the board is handling these and other issues with the TRPA turned the last board meeting into a barnburner.
The Keys board like a lot the rest, they meet, have coffee, go home bury the flag.
Another Title with nothing more than wasted time.money for people who pay their dues.
According to the petition reasons, are there facts that will be published?
Only four directors were recalled. This Board finally finished a law suit that started with the previous board. There have been lies, slander about these directors. Probably the most open and honest Board to date. I worry about the screaming vigilantes that are about to take over.
