The El Dorado County Department of Transportation is inviting the public to attend a workshop on the Travel Demand Model Update.

The Travel Demand Model is an essential tool that helps determine the county’s future transportation needs. Not just for transportation engineers, the workshop will answer general questions about development, purpose and use of the new model, scheduled for completion this fall. The workshop will be presented by county staff, as well as representatives from Kimley-Horn & Associates Inc., the county’s project consultant.

The workshop is June 28 at 7pm in the Planning Commission hearing room at 2850 Fairlane Court, Building C, Placerville.
