“No record high temperatures are expected on Saturday as a weak trough pushes into California and Nevada on Saturday,” the National Weather Service said.

Temps in the Lake Tahoe Basin are expected to be in the 70s this weekend before dramatically dropping on Monday. The high on June 4 in South Lake Tahoe is forecast to be 55 degrees with a 70 percent chance of showers, with the possibility of snow that evening when the low drops to 28 degrees.
