One person is in custody and another was fighting for his life Tuesday night at Renown Medical Center.

South Lake Tahoe police refused to respond to multiple inquiries from Lake Tahoe News about the Aug. 21 incident on Highway 89.

Reports are that it started as a hit and run accident of a pedestrian vs. cyclist. However, details have not been provided, which includes names and home towns of the two involved.

I know the injured cyclist and he is in critical condition is ICU in a Trauma hospital. Please pray for his recovery. As far as details on the driver that hit him needs to be reveled so the public knows exactly what took place.
