Local landscape architect joins larger firm with new Tahoe office

Royston Hanamoto Alley & Abey landscape architects and planners has opened a South Lake Tahoe office. Local landscape architect, Brett Long, has joined the RHAA team to head the new office.

Long and RHAA teamed together on the El Dorado Beach project at Lakeview Commons.

RHAA is a 54-year-old landscape architecture firm with additional offices in Mill Valley and San Francisco. RHAA employs sustainable development principles to ensure that design solutions integrate ecological systems, maximize economic benefits, and create places of beauty. The firm’s work ranges from playgrounds to rooftop gardens to streetscapes.

    Brett will be a terrific asset to RHAA. He has be invaluable to the community Demonstration Garden at the college.

    We were fortunate to have Brett teach in our Horticulture and Green Sustainable Education programs at LTCC. What a talented young man. Good hire RHAA!
