• Sierra Athletic Club’s Cancer Walk in July raised nearly $3,000 for the South Lake Tahoe Cancer League.

• On Aug. 23  the Governing Board of the Tahoe Regional Planning Agency is expected to vote on the Edgewood Lodge project. The meeting-public hearing is at the Stateline office of TRPA. The meeting starts at 9am.
