Harvest Fest in S. Tahoe a-go; parade canceled

There will be a Harvest Festival at the South Tahoe Recreation Complex on Oct. 27 from 10am to 5pm.

Vendors, a cake walk, costume contest, make-up artist, glitter tattoos, and food, including a chili cook off, is designed for all ages.

The Pumpkin Parade was canceled due to low interest.
