LTN reader wins tickets to Soroptimist wine tasting

Toogee Sielsch is the winner of two tickets to the Nov. 2 Soroptimist International South Lake Tahoe annual wine tasting event.

Tickets are $65 each and may be purchased from any SISLT member or online. The event often sells out, so tickets may not be available at Harrah’s Lake Tahoe that night. Wine starts flowing at 6pm.

Sielsch is one of the hundreds of members of Lake Tahoe News’ NEWS Team. Members can win all sorts of things. The wine tickets are an example of the give-aways. Before that we gave away two tickets to a Giants game — which happened to be the game where they clinched their division. Fill out the subscriber form to be part of the NEWS Team.

    It’s a fun event . I got comped free tickets many times from my old job. I’m sure you’ll have a good time.A word of warning tho, beware of the cliques.

    It’s good that you both have gotten comped tickets, but since the evening is about fund raising for Soroptimist and its community service projects, hope you will purchase items at the silent auction, or something during the evening in the spirit of the event’s purpose. To raise funds. Great things are done by this organization.

    Thanks again Kae! Had a wonderful time tonight, tasting great wine and food, and visiting with a whole bunch of kewl South Shore folks, most who are long time friends of mine! Thanks Soroptimists for once again outdoing yourselves and staging one of the premier South Shore social events!
