Phone and Internet service are out in parts of South Lake Tahoe because a vehicle damaged an AT&T pole.

Electricity is not affected.

The areas impacted are in the Bonanza neighborhood, and businesses and residents behind the Raley’s at the Y.

It is not known when service will be restored.
