DiMatteo pleads not guilty; counsel change possible
Gino DiMatteo pleaded not guilty to all charges Nov. 26 during his arraignment in federal court in Sacramento.
The South Lake Tahoe resident was indicted on three drug charges on Nov. 21.
The bail review scheduled for Monday was postponed because DiMatteo may be having a change in lawyers. In the meantime, DiMatteo remains behind bars.
Attorney Rob Woelfel has declared a possible conflict of interest. Woelfel was not available for comment so it is unknown what the conflict may be.
