Free environmental workshop for educators

Project Learning Tree is an award-winning environmental education program designed for educators working with youth from pre-K to grade 12.

A workshop on Dec. 5 is designed to certify adults as a project learning tree educator. The seminar is from 10am-4pm at the Parasol Community Non-Profit Center, Trepp Room, 948 Incline Way, Incline Village.

The workshop is free.

    Kudos to the local teachers for providing this important program and to the parents and interested adults for getting involved. We don’t want the next generation to grow up to be willfully ignorant science deniers.
