Doctors offering free help to injured high school athletes

Barton Rehabilitation & Sports Medicine and Carson Valley Medical Center Rehabilitative Services in conjunction with the Tahoe Center for Orthopedics offers free sports injury evaluation clinics for in-season high school athletes who have suffered a sports-related injury and are seeking professional treatment options.

Clinics are open to all high school sports athletes who may be injured and require professional assessment in order to return to play safely and effectively.

Appointments are preferred — Monday-Friday. Students must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
