Many people along Ski Run Boulevard in South Lake Tahoe probably woke up to flashing clocks.

This is because a vehicle took out a Liberty Utilities switch on Pioneer Trail and Ski Run at about 2:30am Saturday.

Randy Kelly with the utility told Lake Tahoe News the vehicle was sitting on top of their equipment.

Power was out from Pioneer Trail down Ski Run, including Embassy Vacation Resort.
