Ski report: Season is winding down

    Mt Rose is still skiing pretty good.

    Close April 21st. But then they would close On April 21st even if it snowed 10 feet in the next two weeks.

    250 inches of snow went a long way this year.

    What I really missed the past couple years is the Cheap spring pass for Alpine Meadows.
    Squaw Valley buying and linking Alpine and Squaw was an obvious move to eliminate the Pricing competition. No one who skis won on that deal.
