The “Kokanee” literary journal is accepting submissions of poetry and prose for its 2014 edition.

Lake Tahoe Community College students, former students, faculty, and staff are encouraged to submit up to five poems and/or 10 pages of prose (fiction or literary nonfiction/memoir) for consideration.

Include a 50-word bio written in the third person.

Submit as an attachment (Word or rtf) to kokanee@ltcc.edu by June 21. Write “Kokanee Submission” in the subject box.

A monetary prize will be awarded to the best student piece.
