Nevada trading beach time for trash pick up

Want free beach time at Sand Harbor?

Then on Friday and Monday mornings in June, July and August, volunteer to pick up trash on the beach.

Nevada State Parks is providing free admission for the day people volunteer a couple hours for trash duty.

    I like it. It would be nice if people did not litter.

    The public volunteering to clean up the trash on a public beach makes sense to me.

    I may even volunteer although the only time I visit Sand Harbor is to attend Shakespeare on the Lake.
